Some 14,000 pilgrims from Oman are expected to take part in the annual ritual this year, with names being announced "soon," the ministry said without setting a timeframe.
The Hajj 2023 rituals will begin on the evening of Sunday, June 25th, and last through the evening of Friday, June 30th, 2023. The actual date will depend on the moon sighting in Dhul Hijjah, 1444, the 12th and final month of the Islamic calendar; this is the potential date.
