But if you're looking for free activities in Doha, you should concentrate on the public artwork that is displayed across the city and which you can enjoy all day every day. Fun is easy to find when you have a library card. One of the best free activities in Doha is browsing the shelves of the Qatar National Library, even if you don't. Residents don't have to pay to join, and visitors are still welcome to browse the grounds and enjoy a few of the amenities. Remember to keep an eye on the Qatar National Library's events page to learn about additional free programs each month.

Discover the history of Doha at Msheireb Museums
The majority of the city's museums are free for visitors who are city residents, but Msheireb Museums is open to everyone without exception. You can learn about slavery at Bin Jelmood House, the growth of Msheireb Downtown Doha at Mohammed Bin Jassim House, traditional Qatari living at Radwani House, and finally the history of oil at Company House, which is one of four heritage homes.

Go on an art trail tour around Education City
One of the greatest free things to do in Doha is to embark on an art trail tour of Education City, which is another option for lovers of public art. The year-round guided tours have previously taken place at the Qatar National Library and Education City Mosque, where guests learned more about art. Visit Al Thuraya Planetarium to learn more about the night sky
Al Thuraya Planetarium is one of the top free things to do in Doha if you happen to be in Katara Cultural Village. There are interactive screens inside where you may view historical astronomy equipment and discover more about significant astronomers.
