Safa and Mohammad
The couple who tied the knot on the show faced questions about their relationship status after fans noticed they weren't following each other on social media. Mohammad admitted to being a "jealous person", but he also revealed that he was working on it. The reunion episode revealed that the couple remained happily married, which relieved many fans.
Another issue that the couple faced was Safa's work schedule which has her travelling every week, but the couple have overcome this issue. Mohammad said, "I won’t stand in the way of anything she wants to do. I won’t hide that it sometimes annoys me, but I feel good whenever she returns. And I feel like it’s a first date again."
Chafic and Dounia
During the show, the couple got engaged, but they did not end up marrying because they still wanted to work on their relationship. Dounia had issues with Chafic's past Instagram exchange with Nour, his fight with Simo, and his bachelor lifestyle.
Although they resolved their issues slowly, they had a heated argument about Dounia's mother's involvement in the relationship before the wedding.
Nonetheless, they are engaged and will soon be married.
Khatab and Asma
The couple who decided to stay together after the show revealed that they had broken up after two months of dating. Khatab explained that his demanding work schedule made it difficult to maintain the relationship. Nonetheless, the couple ended their relationship on a good note and remain friends.

During the show, Nour and Mido; Karma and Ammar; and Simo and Hajar made it out of the pods together, but they did not remain together because of various issues between the couples, which became points of argument during the reunion episode.
During the reunion episode, the couples clashed with each other:

She also apologized for her comment and said, "I was in the wrong. It was a bad idea, figure of speech. Unfortunately, it was used against me".
During the reunion episode, everyone cornered Nour, but she stood strong and gave savage responses to most of the cast members. Most of the men were not able to come to terms with Nour's high standards.
She stated, "I don’t know why it provokes them for a woman to have her standards and lifestyle. I am free to choose," to which Ammar said, "You came to join ‘Love is Blind.’ You came for love, not to look for someone with specific traits."
