Based on the recommendations of the National Medical Taskforce for Combatting COVID-19, the Civil Aviation Affairs (CAA) announces an update to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s entry procedures for passengers arriving via Bahrain International Airport.

Vaccinated Passengers and PCR Test
Vaccinated passengers, and passengers who have recovered from COVID-19, within 8 months after the date of infection, from GCC countries, and countries with which Bahrain has signed a mutual vaccination recognition agreement and countries whose vaccination certificates are recognized by the Kingdom, passengers aged 6 years and above are to follow the below procedures:
- Present an approved PCR certificate with a QR code before boarding the plane, no more than 72 hours of departure.
- One PCR test upon arrival.

All non-vaccinated passengers are required to follow the below procedures:.
- Present an approved PCR certificate with a QR code before boarding the plane, administered within 72 hours of departure.
- Conduct a PCR test upon arrival.
- For individuals aged 12 years and above - Quarantine for a period of ten days at your residence -
