Bollywood star Deepika Padukone's Kalki 2898 AD trailer was released on Monday, Jun. 10.
Alongside Padukone, Telugu film star Prabhas also features in the film in a lead role.
Bollywood actress Disha Patani is also part of the film.
Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan and Tamil superstar Kamal Hassan also feature in the film in important roles.
The film is directed by Nag Ashwin who is well-known for his direction of the biographical film 'Mahanati', which won the 'Best Feature Film in Telugu' at the National Film Awards in 2019.
'Kalki 2898 AD' is a dystopian Indian film which is set in the dystopian city of Kasi. The film spans from the Mahabharata in the year of 3102 BC to 2898 AD.
The narrative revolves around Kalki, the tenth and final avatar of the Hindu deity Vishnu.
The film will release on Thursday, Jun. 27.
