Foodies get ready! Dubai Food Festival kicked off on Sunday March 28 and will stay in town until Saturday April 17.

It never fails to amaze our taste buds each year with a packed schedule of culinary events and more than 3,500 featured restaurants.

Promising us with delightfully stuffed bellies, the festival offers signature dishes, unique ingredients, masterclasses, chef’s tables and a veritable pantry of bespoke dining experiences – all conceived in partnership with the city’s best restaurants.

Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), said: “For 2021, we’re looking forward to introducing some brand-new food initiatives to the city-wide event, as well as delivering on the festival’s popular annual concepts that tourists and residents in the city have come to know and love.”

Dubai Restaurant Week (Sunday March 28 – Saturday April 10)

Restaurant Week sheds light on the city’s favourite restaurants through a series of exclusive dining experiences. You can expect specially-curated three- and two-course dinners or two-course lunch menus at exceptional prices – some with up to 50 percent off. At COYA, Bread Street Kitchen, Hakkasan, Toro Toro, Nobu, Torno Subito, Buddha Bar, Chicago Meatpackers, Hotel Cartagena, Indya by Vineet, Rockfish, Rhodes W1 and Seafire.

Hidden Gems (Sunday March 28 – Saturday April 10)

The festival brings 32 of the most popular hidden gem restaurants that are pocket friendly. A variety of homegrown concepts from all around the city ranging from Emirati and Indian to American and Lebanese.

Foodie Experiences (Sunday March 28 – Saturday April 10)

More than 20 gourmet experiences to pick from. Get ready for amazing food experiences with a list of Dubai’s most anticipated masterclasses, chef’s tables and experimental dining experiences

Dine and Win (Sunday March 28 – Saturday April 17)

Returning for a fifth year, ‘Dine & Win’ promotion, in partnership with Zomato is what we’re waiting for. Spend Dhs50 at up to 2,800 participating outlets between Wednesday March 25 and Saturday April 17 to be in with the chance of winning a three-month Zomato Pro membership and a grand prize of a GAC GS3 SUV. The winner will be announced on Saturday April 17. Remember that fortune favours the hungry.

Home Edition (Sunday March 28 – Saturday April 17)

When they spend Dhs250 or more, shoppers in the city can win years’ worth of groceries at selected hypermarkets – including Waitrose, Spinneys and Lulu-Hypermarket –. Winners will be announced via raffle draw on Saturday April 17.

Foodcations (Sunday March 28 – Saturday April 17)

Enjoy at some of the Dubai’s finest hotel.  A relaxing stay and indulging experiences all in one place. Participating hotels include The Meydan Hotel, Bab Al Shams Desert Resort, Armani Hotel Dubai, Grand Hyatt Dubai, and more.

Mall Events and Citywide Attractions (Sunday March 28 – Saturday April 10)

Exclusive dining deals and experiences in malls and attractions around Dubai. Participating outlets include City Walk, Mercato Shopping Mall, The Beach, La Mer, The Pointe and The Dubai Mall.

Etisalat Beach Canteen has been moved to Q4, offering a variety of homegrown restaurants.
