A Filipino national living in Dubai won a prize of a lifetime as Dubai Duty-Free drew her ticket no. 3866 for $1 million in the Dubai Duty-Free Millennium Millionaire promotion she won the Millennium Millionaire promotion only 2 days after celebrating her 41st birthday on March 28, she works in Dubai Airport and purchased her lucky ticket with 11 of her colleagues.
Following the Millennium Millionaire draw, the Finest Surprise draw was conducted for three luxury vehicles.
She is the 13th Filipino national to have won $1 million since the start of the Millennium Millionaire promotion in 1999.
