'Hidden Love' Star Zhao Lusi Focused on Recuperating

A picture of the 'Hidden Love' star Zhae Lusi in a wheelchair went viral recently on social media.
The picture and videos of the Chinese actress in a wheelchair are from earlier this month when she was rushed to the hospital on Dec. 18.
Her management released a statement, explaining that she has suspended all work commitments to focus on recovery, however details about her health condition were not revealed.
The statement read, "On the 18th, Ms. Zhao Lusi suddenly felt unwell and went to the hospital for examination and treatment immediately. She is currently following the doctor's orders for treatment and recuperation."
It also read, "We will prioritise the health of Ms. Zhao Lusi and suspend all subsequent work. We also hope that everyone who cares about Lusi will give her space to rest physically and mentally. Thank you for your understanding."
Zhao is renowned for her work in Chinese TV series like 'The Romance of Tiger and Rose', 'Dating in the Kitchen', 'Love Better Than Immortality', and 'Love Like the Galaxy'. Her series 'Hidden Love' became an international sensation in 2023.
