Oman's Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs (MERA) has warned the public of the Sultanate against using unlicensed hajj registration links.

MERA has also warned citizens and expatriates in Oman to avoid interacting with advertisements on social media from unlicensed companies for Hajj services.

Pilgrims from Oman are instructed to contact licensed operators by MERA to access Hajj services.

The licensed operators can be contacted through Oman's electronic pilgrim registration system.

To avoid being scammed, citizens and expatriates in Oman should strictly adhere to MERA's guidelines for Hajj registration.

Recently, MERA announced that more than 13,500 pilgrims were selected from Oman for Hajj in 2024.

All the details regarding Hajj services in Oman are available on the official Hajj registration website
