Focus on Innovation, Better Services, and Informed Pilgrims

The exhibition aims to create stronger ties between stakeholders while encouraging healthy competition and service improvements for pilgrims. One of the main goals is to provide pilgrims with easier access to information so they can make better decisions when planning their trips.

The event also serves as a space to promote new ideas and introduce upgraded systems in the delivery of Hajj and Umrah services. Visitors will find booths offering details on travel packages, service offerings, and digital tools for managing their pilgrimage experience.

Side Events: Workshops, Talks, and Training

Alongside the main exhibition, several sessions and workshops are taking place. These include lectures on the rituals and purpose of Hajj, a spiritual discussion series, and a dedicated workshop for Hajj companies titled “Welcome.”

Authorities are also holding an orientation on the latest regulations and services pilgrims need to know before traveling.

Backed by Top Officials

The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of Sheikh Al Fadl Mohammed Al Harthy, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, highlighting the importance Oman places on improving religious tourism experiences.

This first edition of the Hajj and Umrah Exhibition is part of Oman’s broader efforts to modernize and support pilgrims, offering both spiritual and practical tools for a smoother journey.
