This initiative not only offers a path for laid-off workers to find new employment but also serves as part of Oman’s larger efforts to strengthen its workforce and boost employment opportunities. By encouraging private sector involvement, the initiative aims to create sustainable job openings that support the local economy and provide long-term career paths for affected individuals.
Companies in the private sector interested in joining this effort are invited to participate by registering through the following link: bit.ly/3NU8TK2. To learn more about the process or to complete registration, companies can contact OPAL at 23605700 or send their completed forms to training@opaloman.org.
