Under the patronage of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, Oman will host the ‘Renewed Renaissance’ student festival on January 11, 2025, at Al Fateh Square in Muscat. Organized by the General Secretariat for National Celebrations, the event commemorates five years of Sultan Haitham’s leadership and the milestones achieved during Oman’s renewed renaissance.
8,000 Participants to Showcase Oman’s Journey
The festival will bring together 8,000 participants from across Oman’s governorates, presenting five themed panels that celebrate the country’s achievements, cultural heritage, and national unity.

Reflecting the pride and joy of Omanis in celebrating His Majesty’s leadership.
‘Knowledge’ Panel
Showcasing education, innovation, and scientific progress as pillars of Vision 2040.
‘A Promise Fulfilled’ Panel
Highlighting Oman’s development and progress across key sectors over the past five years.
‘Oman, the Land of Peace’ Panel
Focusing on Oman’s heritage, principles of Shura, and commitment to peace and diplomacy.
‘Oman Through Time’ Panel
Featuring cultural performances by students and residents, celebrating Oman’s legacy and loyalty to the Sultan.
A Grand Finale of Unity and Dedication
The festival will conclude with a grand tableau symbolizing Oman’s unity and gratitude to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, emphasizing the nation’s dedication to sustainable development and progress.
