Oman to Launch Five Rockets from New Spaceport in 2025
Oman is set to launch five rockets from its spaceport in 2025 with the first launch scheduled for April.
A fan zone will be opened in the coming months to allow the public to witness the series of lift-offs.
The Etlaq spaceport has been under development since 2023 and will have three launch complexes.
The fan zone will be introduced this summer and will be free of charge.

The space launches and the fan zone are part of Etlaq’s Genesis Program, which was launched on Thursday as a stepping stone for the start of the spaceport's commercial operations in 2027.
