The air depression is expected to continue for four days in some governorates until Friday morning, April 21st, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) announced.
The authority said that the peak of the groove effect is expected to be in the governorates of South Al Sharqiyah, North Al Sharqiyah, Al-Wusta, and A'Dakhiliyah.
The authority warned that heavy rains ranging between 20-45 mm may cause flash floods.
It also warned of poor horizontal visibility due to dust and thunderstorms.
