Royal Oman Police Apprehends Expat for Theft

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) apprehended an expatriate involved in multiple theft incidents targeting commercial establishments in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate. According to an official statement released online, the suspect, of Asian nationality, was apprehended by the General Administration of Airport Security in collaboration with the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command. Legal proceedings have been initiated against the individual in connection with the theft crimes committed in the Wilayat of Bidiyah.
In a separate incident, ROP detained 11 foreign nationals for breaching residence laws in Al Buraimi Governorate. The Al Buraimi Governorate Police Command arrested the individuals, also of Asian nationality, for violations related to residency regulations. Legal actions are being pursued against them in accordance with the law. These arrests underscore ROP's commitment to maintaining law and order and upholding the integrity of Oman's legal framework.
