In a recent development, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) has taken decisive action by arresting over 25 foreign nationals attempting to enter the Sultanate of Oman unlawfully.

The ROP, through its Coast Guard Police Command, successfully intercepted a boat in Muscat Governorate carrying 28 infiltrators of Asian nationalities who were trying to enter the country illegally.
An official statement released by the ROP stated, "The Coast Guard Police Command seized a boat carrying 28 infiltrators of Asian nationalities in Muscat Governorate while they were trying to enter the country illegally. The legal procedures against them were completed."
