The Light Park event in Salalah Public Park is a recreational destination organized by the Dhofar Municipality for this year's khareef season. It will remain open until August 31st.

The event will provide visitors with an array of enjoyable activities.

Ahmed bin Awad Al Rawas from the Department of Events and Awareness in Dhofar Municipality said: "The illuminated garden includes models and shapes of animals and plants in artistic design using three-dimensional techniques, while decorating them with lights to contribute to creating a wonderful atmosphere in the place."

Al Rawas added that the illuminated garden gives the place a distinctive atmosphere through the use of sound effects and simulating animal sounds, adding an extra touch of authenticity to the experience.

Dhofar 2023 activities are distributed in different locations, including: Salalah Gardens, Awqad, and Al Saada.
