On Monday, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander of Oman, announced a royal pardon for prisoners as part of the Prophet’s birthday celebrations for the year 1446 AH.
Details of the Pardon
An official statement from the Royal Oman Police revealed that a total of 175 individuals—both Omani citizens and foreign nationals—received clemency. This decision reflects the Sultan's compassion and commitment to providing relief during this significant religious occasion.
