Savour the finest dishes curated by the hotel’s top chefs and sommeliers at PRIME daily from 5 pm to 1 am. The 5-course Chef’s Choice menu includes amuse bouche, scrumptious salads, hearty soups, main course and dessert. The steakhouse also offers diabetic-friendly, fish, and gluten-free options on its menu.
