The Palestinian film 'The Teacher' will be released in the Middle East this May!
'The Teacher' will be released across cinemas in Egypt on Wednesday, May 15.
Directed by Farah Nabulsi, the film will be released across cinemas in Lebanon and Jordan on Thursday, May 16.
The film is about a Palestinian schoolteacher who is stuck between his commitment to political resistance and his role as a father figure to his student Adam.
Saleh Bakri, Imogen Poots, and Muhammed Abed Elrahman feature in the film.
'The Teacher's premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival 2023. The film received the Jury Award and the Best Actor Award at the 2023 Red Sea International Film Festival.
