The trailer for one of the most anticipated Indian action-thrillers is here! The trailer for Varun Dhawan's 'Baby John' was released on Monday, Nov. 9.
The trailer begins by showing the sweet bond Dhawan's character, Baby John, has with his daughter and emphasizes how he will do anything to protect her.
The film's trailer also shows Dhawan's character falling in love with Keerthy Suresh's character.
Baby John's trailer also provides a glimpse into the character's life as a police officer, Satya Verma, which does not seem to be easy, having to deal with a villain, who is played by Jackie Shroff, looking menacing as ever.
In addition to this dangerous villain, the film seems to address the pressing issue of sexual assault of women in India.
'Baby John' is produced by Murad Khetani, Atlee, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande. Famous filmmaker Khalees has directed this film and written the screenplay for it along with Atlee and Sumti Arora.
The trailer ends with a glimpse of Bollywood star Salman Khan with his voice-over saying, 'Merry Christmas'. Fans are excited to see the superstar in the amazing production.
The film is a remake of Atlee's 2016 Tamil film 'Theri'. 'Baby John' also features Wamiqa Gabbi, Zara Zyanna, and Rajpal Yadav.
'Baby John' is set to release in cinemas on Christmas, Dec. 25.
