Fuel prices in the UAE are set to rise for the fifth consecutive month from July 1.

Super 98 petrol will cost AED 2.47 per litre, which is an increase of 9 fils. Meanwhile, Special 95 will be priced at AED 2.35, up by 8 fils per litre, and E-plus will cost AED 2.28.

The price of diesel will also go up from AED 2.30 to AED 2.42 per litre.

Earlier in March 2021, The UAE fuel price committee announced a rise in fuel prices, as a result of the rise in global oil prices.

In March, Super 98 petrol cost Dh2.12 per litre, versus Dh1.91 in February; while Special 95 will cost Dh2.01 per litre, versus Dh1.80 in February. Diesel will cost Dh2.15 a litre in March, versus Dh2.01 in February.
