A documentary film titled 'Wild Oman: Wonder of Arabia' will premiere at Omantel Headquarters, Muscat on May 22nd, which will run on a foreign television channel.
The film was produced in collaboration with the Environment Society of Oman. The filming of the movie took more than a year, which required the film crew to travel across the Sultanate.
The film will feature Oman's wild landscape, which is home to rare animals like the Arabian leopard, turtles, Ibex, and others. The film aims to highlight the importance of conserving all animal species and natural habitats in Oman.
The film is produced by an international crew who conducted the whole film shooting and the post-production process. The crew team worked with local craftsmen and experts throughout the process.
This film is the brainchild of Maisa Al Hooti who is an underwater photographer and a conservation advocate. Al Hooti runs 'Oman in Focus', which features Oman's unique environmental assets on a global platform.
