Max Verstappen Wins Fourth F1 World Championship

Red Bull F1 driver Max Verstappen secured the F1 World Championship title for the fourth time in a row, after finishing fifth at the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix on Saturday, Nov. 23.

The 27-year-old Dutch driver took a 63-point lead over McLaren's Lando Norris in the championship, becoming the sixth F1 driver in the sport's history to win four world championship titles and more.

Verstappen finished fifth in the Las Vegas GP, while Norris finished sixth, guaranteeing the Dutch F1 driver a world championship title with two races remaining in the season.

Mercedes' F1 driver George Russell won the Las Vegas GP, and his teammate, seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton, came second. Ferrari's Carlos Sainz Jr. secured third place in the race.

In the Constructor's Championship, McLaren leads with 608 points, Ferrari follows with 584 points, and Red Bull follows with 555 points. All three teams have a chance to win the championship, so fans cannot wait to see which team wins it.

The next Grand Prix will be hosted in Qatar on Sunday, Dec. 1.
