The Ministry of Labour in Oman, in partnership with the Oman Energy Association (OPAL), has introduced a new initiative aimed at helping Omani workers who have recently lost their jobs. This program seeks to provide valuable training and job placements, primarily focusing on roles as tractor-trailer drivers within various private sector companies across the country.

This initiative not only offers a path for laid-off workers to find new employment but also serves as part of Oman’s larger efforts to strengthen its workforce and boost employment opportunities.
