In a mixer, blend in the cream cheese, caramelized condensed milk, and creme caramel pack all together. Once they are mixed well, add in the whipped cream, and vanilla. You will know it is ready when it has a soft and spreadable frosting-like consistency.
  2. Start Layering

In a bowl, pour in the mango juice, and dip your Digestive biscuits in it one at a time. Layer them evenly in a Pyrex or any deep serving dish you prefer. This is the first layer. As for the second layer, add in a couple spoons of your filling and spread it until it covers all the biscuits. The third layer will be your sliced mangos. Spread them evenly on top of the filling. Keep repeating the layers until your Pyrex is filled to its rim starting with mango juice-dipped biscuits, filling, sliced mangos and so on.
  3. The last layer should be the filling; you can garnish it with crushed cookies.

  4. Chill and Serve
