- 320g ready-rolled puff pastry

- 1 medium egg, beaten

- Heat the oven

- Mix
تم نسخ الرابطStir the cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Unwrap the puff pastry on a lightly floured work surface, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Gently add the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the back of a spoon so that it almost completely covers the dough. Brush a little beaten egg on the exposed pastry border.

تم نسخ الرابطRoll the dough into a narrow log from the short side without borders. Gently press along the egg-washed edge to seal, then cut into 12 equal rounds. Arrange the cinnamon rolls on the prepared baking sheet, placing them opposite each other. Brush the remaining beaten egg over the top and sides of the pastry.

- Combine and Serve
