Several Places in Oman Record Coldest Temperatures

Recent overcast skies have lowered temperatures across Oman. Saiq in the Dakhliyah governorate recorded a cool 19.1°C over the past 24 hours. Meanwhile, Dhofar continues to enjoy its refreshing khareef season, with Shalim at 21.1°C and Dalkhut at 21.4°C.

Weather Changes Due to Low Pressure

The weekend’s low-pressure system, driven by cumulonimbus clouds, is affecting northern Oman. This weather pattern may bring active downward winds and reduced visibility in some areas.

Sunny Highs Amidst Fluctuating Conditions

As the clouds clear, temperatures have soared in other regions. Marmul hit a high of 45.6°C, while Mazyuna reached 44.3°C. The weather in Oman is demonstrating a wide range of temperatures, from cool and pleasant to intensely hot.
