- 8 chicken cutlets, flattened
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- salt and white pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup beef or chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- Coat the chicken cutlets in flour
تم نسخ الرابطCombine the flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan on a plate, and dredge each chicken cutlet in the flour mixture and shake off excess.
- Cook the cutlets
تم نسخ الرابطHeat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes, cook the cutlets for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are nicely browned, then remove them from the pan and set aside while you make the sauce.
- Prepare the sauce
تم نسخ الرابطAdd chicken broth to the same pan where you cooked the chicken cutlets and bring to a boil, then add capers, lemon juice, butter, and cornstarch. Adjust seasoning with salt, then reduce heat to low and add the chicken back in to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve
