- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 chopped green onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 grated zucchini
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¾ teaspoon cumin
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 4 large eggs
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro and fresh parsley for garnish

- Make the shakshuka green sauce
تم نسخ الرابطHeat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat, add the chopped bell pepper, onion, green onion, salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and pepper flakes and cook for about 5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent, then add the garlic, zucchini and stir for 5 minute, and add the baby spinach and stir until it just starts to wilt, then turn the heat to low.
- Add the eggs

- Serve
