Al Batinah International Film Festival to Kick Off on This Date

Al Batinah International Film Festival is returning in its second edition from November 12th to 15th under the slogan "Human relationship with land".

The film festival is organised by the Omani Film Association in cooperation with the Office of the Governor of South Al Batinah.
The festival includes several competitions such as the Omani and international short narrative film competition, and the Omani and international short documentary film competition.
The event is considered an opportunity to benefit from international cinematic experiences, in order to advance Omani cinematic works.
The festival aims at spreading cinematic culture in society, promoting Oman as a future front for the international cinematic industry, and motivating filmmakers in Oman by presenting their cinematic works.
Those who wish to participate in the festival's competitions must submit their work via the festival's official website, starting from Saturday, August 19th, until October 1st, 2023.
